Refund policy

At We Do DTF, every order is produced custom to your specifications. Because our transfers are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on correctly produced orders.

Order Issues & Defects

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@wedodtf.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A brief description

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will remake or replace the affected items at no additional cost.

Customer File Errors

We Do DTF is not responsible for issues resulting from customer-submitted artwork, including but not limited to:

  • Low resolution files
  • Transparency problems
  • Spelling errors
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Color variations from screen to print

Please review your files carefully before submitting.

Color & Pressing Variations

Minor color differences and application results may vary based on:

  • Fabric type
  • Heat press settings
  • Application technique

These are not considered defects.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly:

  • Orders may only be changed or canceled before production begins
  • Once production starts, the order cannot be canceled or refunded

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim when possible.
