Thank you for choosing We Do DTF. Below is our shipping and production policy.


Processing & Production Time

All orders are printed on demand.

  • Standard production: Same day or next business day
  • Large or complex orders may require additional processing time
  • Orders placed after cutoff may process the following business day

Production time and shipping time are separate.


Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship nationwide using major carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.

Estimated transit times (after production):

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Expedited options available at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax, after discounts) within the continental United States.


Shipping Delays

We Do DTF is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • High shipping volume
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Once an order leaves our facility, shipping speed is controlled by the carrier.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages
  • Reshipping fees may apply
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • We will assist in filing a carrier claim when applicable

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at our Piscataway, NJ location when selected at checkout. Customers will be notified when orders are ready.
