Welcome to We Do DTF. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Overview
We Do DTF provides custom direct-to-film (DTF) transfer products produced to customer specifications. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
2. Custom Product Policy
All transfers are produced based on the artwork and specifications provided by the customer.
We Do DTF is not responsible for issues resulting from customer-submitted files, including but not limited to:
- Low resolution artwork
- Incorrect sizing
- Spelling errors
- Transparency issues
- Color variations due to file setup
Customers are responsible for reviewing all files prior to submission.
3. Production & Turnaround
Production times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, equipment maintenance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
We Do DTF is not liable for delays caused by:
- Carrier shipping delays
- Weather
- High order volume
- Events outside our control
4. Refunds & Reprints
Because all products are custom made, we do not accept returns on correctly produced orders.
If an order arrives defective or incorrect due to our error, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery at info@wedodtf.com with photo evidence. Approved claims will be remade at no additional cost.

5. Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you have the legal right to reproduce the provided designs.
We Do DTF is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations in customer-submitted artwork. The customer assumes all legal responsibility for submitted content.
6. Application Responsibility
Final application results depend on proper heat press settings, pressure, temperature, and fabric type.
We Do DTF is not responsible for application errors resulting from improper pressing technique.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We Do DTF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
